- Sauvignon Blanc wine90 ml
- Orange-red aperitivo15 ml
- Grapefruit Juice15 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup10 ml
- Sparkling Water20 ml
Method
- Add sauvignon blanc wine, orange-red aperitivo, grapefruit juice, fresh lemon juice, and rich simple syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
- Top with sparkling water
