Ingredients
- Spanish brandy15 ml
- Orange Curaçao15 ml
- Rioja wine90 ml
- Fresh Orange Juice30 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice10 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup5 ml
- Cinnamon syrup2.5 ml
- Sparkling Water22.5 ml
Method
- Add spanish brandy, orange curaçao, rioja wine, fresh orange juice, fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, and cinnamon syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled goblet
- Top with sparkling water
