Ingredients
- Cognac (brandy)50 ml
- Elderflower liqueur30 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice20 ml
- Top up with Tonic water
Method
- Add cognac (brandy), elderflower liqueur, and fresh lemon juice to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled wine glass
- Top with top up with tonic water
