Ingredients
- swath Lemon peel1
- Batavia arrack40 ml
- Ruby port40 ml
- Cold black tea60 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup10 ml
Method
- Add batavia arrack, ruby port, cold black tea, fresh lemon juice, and rich simple syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
- Garnish with swath lemon peel
