- Fresh Lemon Juice22.5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
- Champagne50 ml
Method
- Add cognac (brandy), fresh lemon juice, and rich simple syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled collins glass
- Top with champagne
