Ingredients
- Blanco Tequila45 ml
- Rhubarb aperitivo (e.g. Santoni)15 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml
- Strawberry sugar syrup5 ml
- Margarita Bitters4 drop
Method
- Add blanco tequila, rhubarb aperitivo (e.g. santoni), fresh lime juice, strawberry sugar syrup, and margarita bitters to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
