Ingredients
- Maraschino cherry3 whole
- fresh Sage leaves4
- Cognac (brandy)45 ml
- Rosso/sweet vermouth15 ml
- Pineapple Juice30 ml
- Maraschino syrup1 barspoon
Method
- Muddle in rocks glass
- Add cognac (brandy), rosso/sweet vermouth, pineapple juice, and maraschino syrup
- Fill with ice and stir
- Garnish with maraschino cherry and fresh sage leaves
