Ingredients
- Mezcal45 ml
- Rosolio Bergamotto15 ml
- Gentian liqueur15 ml
- Honey and water syrup5 ml
Method
- Add mezcal, rosolio bergamotto, gentian liqueur, and honey and water syrup to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
