- Alcohol-free amaretto50 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup10 ml
- Ginger beer90 ml
Method
- Add alcohol-free amaretto, fresh lime juice, and rich simple syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
- Top with ginger beer
