- Cognac (brandy)45 ml
- Tawny port15 ml
- Brown sugar syrup10 ml
- British bitter ale40 ml
- fresh Egg (white and yolk)1
Method
- Dry-shake cognac (brandy), tawny port, brown sugar syrup, british bitter ale, and fresh egg (white and yolk) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
