Ingredients
- Cognac (brandy)15 ml
- Calvados apple brandy15 ml
- Pear and cognac liqueur15 ml
- ml22.5
- Fresh Lemon Juice5 ml
- Vanilla bitters3 drop
- Saline solution 4:12 drop
- Prosecco22.5 ml
Method
- Add cognac (brandy), calvados apple brandy, pear and cognac liqueur, ml, fresh lemon juice, vanilla bitters, and saline solution 4:1 to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
- Top with prosecco
