- Fresh Lemon Juice60 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup30 ml
- Sparkling Water105 ml
Method
- Add fresh lemon juice and rich simple syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled collins glass
- Top with sparkling water
