Ingredients
- Cherry juice45 ml
- Espresso coffee (hot)45 ml
- Orgeat syrup15 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)10 ml
- Saline solution 4:15 drop
Method
- Dry-shake cherry juice, espresso coffee (hot), orgeat syrup, egg white (pasteurised), and saline solution 4:1 in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
