Ingredients
- Cognac (brandy)60 ml
- Tawny port30 ml
- Maple syrup7.5 ml
- Absinthe2 dash
- Creole bitters2 dash
Method
- Add cognac (brandy), tawny port, maple syrup, absinthe, and creole bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
