Ingredients
- Cognac (brandy)40 ml
- Lychee liqueur30 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice20 ml
- Top up with Soda water
- Crème de cassis5 ml
Method
- Add cognac (brandy), lychee liqueur, fresh lemon juice, and crème de cassis to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
- Top with top up with soda water
