Ingredients
- Cognac (brandy)45 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
- Honey and water syrup7.5 ml
- Ginger syrup7.5 ml
Method
- Add cognac (brandy), fresh lemon juice, honey and water syrup, and ginger syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
