Ingredients
- Quince mustard jam1 barspoon
- grind Black pepper2
- Reposado Tequila45 ml
- Orange Liqueur15 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice30 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup5 ml
Method
- Add quince mustard jam, grind black pepper, reposado tequila, orange liqueur, fresh lime juice, and rich simple syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
