- Calvados apple brandy45 ml
- Honey and water syrup7.5 ml
- Orange Bitters2 dash
- Champagne45 ml
Method
- Fill coupe glass with ice
- Add calvados apple brandy, honey and water syrup, and orange bitters
- Top with champagne
- Stir briefly
