Ingredients
- Pisco60 ml
- Watermelon syrup30 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice22.5 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake pisco, watermelon syrup, fresh lime juice, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
