Ingredients
- fresh Shiso/Perilla leaf1
- Cognac (brandy)45 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice25 ml
- Vanilla sugar syrup20 ml
- Aromatic bitters1 dash
Method
- Add cognac (brandy), fresh lime juice, vanilla sugar syrup, and aromatic bitters to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
