Ingredients
- Reposado Tequila60 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice30 ml
- Maraschino Liqueur15 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake reposado tequila, fresh lime juice, maraschino liqueur, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
