- Light cream2 tsp
- Powdered sugar1 tsp
- Egg1 oz
- Nutmeg1 oz
Method
- Dry-shake port, light cream, powdered sugar, and egg in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled whiskey sour glass
- Garnish with nutmeg
