- Tawny port45 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup5 ml
- fresh Egg (white and yolk)1
Method
- Dry-shake cognac (brandy), tawny port, rich simple syrup, and fresh egg (white and yolk) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
