Ingredients
- Absinthe2.5 ml
- Cognac (brandy)60 ml
- Red quinquina e.g. Dubonnet, Byrrh22.5 ml
- Americano bianco7.5 ml
- Fernet liqueur5 ml
Method
- Add absinthe, cognac (brandy), red quinquina e.g. dubonnet, byrrh, americano bianco, and fernet liqueur to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
