- Pomegranate Juice1 oz
- Fresh Lime Juice0.5 oz
- Simple Syrup0.25 oz
- Soda Water2 oz
- Kosher Salt1 rim
- Grapefruit Wedge1 piece
- Pomegranate Seeds1 tbsp
Method
- Salt rim of highball glass
- Fill with ice
- Add grapefruit juice, pomegranate juice, lime, and simple syrup
- Top with soda water
- Stir briefly
- Garnish with grapefruit wedge and pomegranate seeds
