Ingredients
- Fresh Lime Juice30 ml
- Powdered sugar6 barspoon
- Pisco60 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake fresh lime juice, powdered sugar, pisco, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
