Ingredients
- Cognac (brandy)45 ml
- Red quinquina e.g. Dubonnet, Byrrh30 ml
- Maraschino Liqueur7.5 ml
- Red bitter liqueur7.5 ml
Method
- Add cognac (brandy), red quinquina e.g. dubonnet, byrrh, maraschino liqueur, and red bitter liqueur to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
