Ingredients
- Blanco Tequila30 ml
- Orange Liqueur20 ml
- Red bitter liqueur10 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice20 ml
- Agave syrup20 ml
- 1⁄4 barspoon Xanthan gum (E415)
Method
- Add blanco tequila, orange liqueur, red bitter liqueur, fresh lime juice, agave syrup, and 1⁄4 barspoon xanthan gum (e415) to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
