Ingredients
- Blanco Tequila60 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice7.5 ml
- Grenadine syrup15 ml
- Orgeat syrup7.5 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake blanco tequila, fresh lime juice, fresh lemon juice, grenadine syrup, orgeat syrup, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
