Ingredients
- Mezcal45 ml
- Orange Liqueur22.5 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice22.5 ml
- Pineapple Juice22.5 ml
- Pineapple syrup5 ml
- Daiquiri bitters6 drop
- Saline solution 4:13 drop
Method
- Add mezcal, orange liqueur, fresh lime juice, pineapple juice, pineapple syrup, daiquiri bitters, and saline solution 4:1 to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
