Ingredients
- Blanco Tequila40 ml
- Thyme liqueur7.5 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice10 ml
- Bitter lemon tonic105 ml
Method
- Add blanco tequila, thyme liqueur, and fresh lemon juice to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled collins glass
- Top with bitter lemon tonic
