- Bianco/blanco vermouth20 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup2.5 ml
Method
- Add pisco, rosso/sweet vermouth, bianco/blanco vermouth, and rich simple syrup to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
