- Poire William30 ml
- Pear and cognac liqueur30 ml

- Daiquiri bitters6 drop
- Saline solution 4:13 drop
- Champagne22.5 ml
Method
- Fill coupe glass with ice
- Add poire william, pear and cognac liqueur, ml, daiquiri bitters, and saline solution 4:1
- Top with champagne
- Stir briefly
