Ingredients
- Poire William50 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice22.5 ml
- Fresh Orange Juice15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
- Saline solution 4:13 drop
Method
- Add poire william, fresh lemon juice, fresh orange juice, rich simple syrup, and saline solution 4:1 to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
