Ingredients
- Blanco Tequila50 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice22.5 ml
- Pear syrup15 ml
- Tonic water10 ml
Method
- Add blanco tequila, fresh lime juice, and pear syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
- Top with tonic water
