Ingredients
- Poire William30 ml
- Pear and cognac liqueur15 ml
- Fresh Orange Juice15 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup10 ml
- Saline solution 4:13 drop
- Champagne50 ml
Method
- Add poire william, pear and cognac liqueur, fresh orange juice, fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, and saline solution 4:1 to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled champagne flute
- Top with champagne
