Ingredients
- Cognac (brandy)45 ml
- Pear and cognac liqueur25 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
- Saline solution 4:13 drop
Method
- Add cognac (brandy), pear and cognac liqueur, fresh lemon juice, and saline solution 4:1 to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
