Ingredients
- Chardonnay wine45 ml
- Sparkling Water45 ml
- Pear and cognac liqueur30 ml
Method
- Fill wine glass with ice
- Add chardonnay wine and pear and cognac liqueur
- Top with sparkling water
- Stir briefly
