Peach Punch
Classic · Brandy · Highball glass

Original recipe: "Put into a mixing-glass half a peach, either fresh or canned, one tablespoonful fine sugar, the juice of one-fourth of a lemon, one jigger brandy, fill with fine ice; mix well. Serve in the ice or strain into a fancy bar-glass."

Ingredients

Method
- Add sugar and brandy to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled highball glass
