Ingredients
- Cognac (brandy)30 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice30 ml
- Peach liqueur20 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup10 ml
- Top up with Brut sparkling wine
Method
- Add cognac (brandy), fresh lemon juice, peach liqueur, and rich simple syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled collins glass
- Top with top up with brut sparkling wine
