Ingredients
- Blanco Tequila30 ml
- Fino sherry30 ml
- Oloroso sherry30 ml
- Agave syrup2.5 ml
- Saline solution 4:12 drop
Method
- Add blanco tequila, fino sherry, oloroso sherry, agave syrup, and saline solution 4:1 to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
