Ingredients
- New make spirit40 ml
- Grapefruit Juice40 ml
- Orange-red aperitivo20 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice10 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)20 ml
- Prosecco50 ml
Method
- Dry-shake new make spirit, grapefruit juice, orange-red aperitivo, fresh lime juice, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
- Top with prosecco
