- Fino sherry30 ml
- Cherry brandy5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup5 ml
Method
- Add cognac (brandy), fino sherry, and rich simple syrup to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with swath lemon peel and cherry brandy
