- Fresh Lemon Juice5 cl
- Orange juice15 cl
- Simple Syrup2-3 cl
- Sparkling Water1 oz
Method
- Add lemon juice, orange juice, and sugar syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled highball glass
- Top with soda water
