Ingredients
- Mezcal22.5 ml
- Gin30 ml
- Red bitter liqueur22.5 ml
- Chinato (Barolo/Barbera/Grignolino)22.5 ml
- Chocolate bitters1 dash
Method
- Add mezcal, gin, red bitter liqueur, chinato (barolo/barbera/grignolino), and chocolate bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
