Ingredients
- Calvados apple brandy45 ml
- Amaretto liqueur7.5 ml
- Pear purée30 ml
- Champagne60 ml
Method
- Add calvados apple brandy, amaretto liqueur, and pear purée to blender with 1 cup crushed ice
- Blend until smooth
- Pour into rocks glass
