Ingredients
- Cognac (brandy)50 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice22.5 ml
- Fresh Orange Juice22.5 ml
- Peppermint syrup15 ml
- Absinthe2 dash
Method
- Add cognac (brandy), fresh lemon juice, fresh orange juice, peppermint syrup, and absinthe to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
