Ingredients
- Blanco Tequila22.5 ml
- Dry Vermouth22.5 ml
- Red bitter liqueur15 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice22.5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
- Sparkling Water67.5 ml
Method
- Add blanco tequila, dry vermouth, red bitter liqueur, fresh lime juice, and rich simple syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled collins glass
- Top with sparkling water
