Ingredients
- Mezcal30 ml
- Pimento dram7.5 ml
- Coconut water45 ml
- Pineapple liqueur22.5 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice22.5 ml
- Agave syrup7.5 ml
- Saline solution 4:13 drop
Method
- Add mezcal, pimento dram, coconut water, pineapple liqueur, fresh lime juice, agave syrup, and saline solution 4:1 to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled collins glass
