Ingredients
- Cognac (brandy)45 ml
- Peach schnapps22.5 ml
- Aniseed liqueur7.5 ml
- Red quinquina e.g. Dubonnet, Byrrh45 ml
Method
- Add cognac (brandy), peach schnapps, aniseed liqueur, and red quinquina e.g. dubonnet, byrrh to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
